SDR Career growth at Intaker

The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs' careers to the next level within 12-18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4-6 months before graduating from SDR to Account Executive. SDR promotions consist of raising compensation, new responsibilities, and higher quotas. The promotion requirements are simple: Exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.

Compensation and benefits

Estimated total earnings: ~$67,000 + sales incentives if meeting quota

Base Salary: From ~$50,000

Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
